I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with delightful rooms featuring a plunge pool and stunning bedroom and bathroom. The shower was the best I've ever experienced, and the comfy bed and unexpected English plug sockets were a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate guests despite challenges. The location was excellent, with friendly staff, immaculate surroundings, and great amenities available. The dining experience was good with a vast choice of options. Overall, a fantastic value for money with some minor room for improvement.

I absolutely fell in love with this place! The outstanding food at Jack's steak and seafood restaurant, combined with the unlimited dining option through Secret Escapes, made my stay unforgettable. However, the room in the Apartment Block felt like a poorly constructed Premier Inn, but it served its purpose for hanging clothes.

I had a truly fabulous experience at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely fab, one of the best I've ever stayed in, complete with baths, a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower. Staying in the beachfront villa room 1008 next to the reception, my experience at the hotel was a mix of exceptional cleanliness and friendly service. Although some work was still in progress, the room was kept immaculately clean thanks to our dedicated room maid Kiwana, and the minibar was replenished daily by the cheerful Grantley. The private plunge pool and fantastic rain shower bathroom added a touch of luxury to the stay, making it truly enjoyable.

My stay at the resort was absolutely amazing! The rooms were spacious and had great showers, making my accommodation very comfortable. The food at the four different restaurants was exceptional, better than most places I have visited. There were plenty of activities to keep me entertained, some free and some at an additional cost, but I enjoyed them all. Plus, the resort offered easy access to tours, eliminating the need to rent a car as the taxi service from the airport was convenient and reasonably priced.
